Questions from parents

Mandarin Kids is a parent-paid school enrichment program. Parents register online, and Mandarin Kids follows up with families about class details, waitlists, and minimum enrollment.

Parents
Does my child need Mandarin experience?

No. Classes are kid-friendly and designed for heritage and non-heritage learners.

How do I register?

Find your school program and complete the parent and student form online. Mandarin Kids will follow up directly with confirmation and any fee details.

What happens if the class is full?

Full classes switch to a waitlist. Families can join the waitlist and Mandarin Kids will follow up if a spot opens.

What happens if minimum enrollment is not reached?

Families receive an update after registration closes. The published cancellation or refund policy will explain the next steps.

Programs
What do students do in class?

Students learn through songs, stories, games, movement, conversation, and cultural activities. The focus is confidence and joyful first exposure.

Are there performances?

Some sessions can include an optional parent showcase at the end. This depends on the school schedule and age group.
